Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of     purchase for a full refund.

  • After 2 hours, we begin processing your order, and cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds & Returns

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging (including tags and hygiene seals).
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.


How to Request a Return:

  2. Once approved, you will be given return instructions.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
